Well, it’s been a while! I’m feeling a bit sheepish as it’s almost a year since my last post in fact. To be honest, I hadn’t intended the gap to be so long but I needed time out to reassess a lot of things in my life last year (hindsight tells me that was all part of this whole discovery process). Discovering balance and harmony: July round-up

Discovering balance and harmony is very much a journey for me. I wanted to remind myself where the journey has taken me so far, but also to motivate me to keep going. So at the end of each month, I’ll be reviewing what I’ve learnt, key successes and plans for the following month.
