Well, it’s been a while! I’m feeling a bit sheepish as it’s almost a year since my last post in fact. To be honest, I hadn’t intended the gap to be so long but I needed time out to reassess a lot of things in my life last year (hindsight tells me that was all part of this whole discovery process).
